Eiman is the Founder of Fractal Spectrum
And will be running a workshop on Funding your community magazine through partnerships, grants and art

About Eiman’s workshop
You’ve started a magazine because you care about a community and want its stories to be heard. This workshop looks at how that passion can develop into a project with measurable social impact, and how funders such as UnLtd and Creative Scotland assess that impact. We’ll explore practical ways a magazine — or even a single recurring feature — can create opportunities for people to share experiences, build connections, and strengthen community voice.
About Fractal Spectrum
Fractal Spectrum is a community magazine founded by Eiman Munro, born out of years of delivering autism training across the country and meeting hundreds of neurodivergent people whose experiences rarely get the attention they deserve. Those connections inspired Eiman to create a publication that gives voice to the lesser-known sides of neurodivergent life — with a particular focus on adults in the workplace. As an autistic adult herself, Eiman understands firsthand the appeal of magazines: their short, digestible content makes them one of the most accessible formats around.
