Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded, but we invite you to pass on the ticket to a friend or colleague to attend in your place.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Pay It Forward Refunds
We do not refund Pay It Forward tickets. If you purchase a Pay It Forward ticket which goes unclaimed, we will roll this ticket over to the next event. If you would like to give a Pay It Forward ticket to someone specific, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have purchased the ticket with their name and company name.
