5 reasons why indie publishers choose to print with Park
Park is the UK’s leading magazine printer, regularly printing over 130 titles, including Port, Dazed and Kinfolk. We are endorsed by magCulture’s Jeremy Leslie, as well as Steve Watson, the founder of magazine subscription service Stack.
We often receive industry accolades such as PrintWeek Bespoke Magazine Printer of the Year and Environmental Printer of the Year. Clients include independent publishers producing their first editions, through to luxury fashion labels publishing brand magazines.
If you’re new to Park, we’re offering International Magazine Centre members a 10% discount – get in touch with your dedicated account manager, Peter Appleton, to talk over thoughts and ideas for your magazine and cc the International Magazine Centre to claim the discount.
1. A printing process tailored to you
Park’s consultative service is valued by publishers big and small: from long-running global titles, to new publishers printing their first edition.
For new print buyers, we can advise on paper choices, page sizes, finishes and creative options to help you achieve a standout look and feel within your budget.
Experts, meanwhile, value access to the latest printing technology, which includes an HP B2 digital press, the latest generation Speedmaster XL 10 colour perfector litho press from Heidelberg, and our skill in selecting materials and processes to show your artwork at its best
2. International reach, from a London base
Based in London, Park’s a conveniently-located printer for visits and press passes. We offer distribution and postage across both the UK and internationally and frequently work with clients from the USA and around the globe.

3. In-house reprographic service
Park’s reprographic services are prized by artists and photographers, with GMG colour management software and online proofing systems.
Our Epson proofs are colour-calibrated with all presses, allowing print designers to sign off colour-accurate proofs, and meaning Park can press-pass on clients’ behalf. Park works to the ISO 12647 colour certification.
Our London facility offers retouching services in-house so we’re able to undertake revisions overnight, sometimes reducing production cycles by several days, whilst maintaining exceptional quality control.

4. Production values beyond the norm
We offer a huge range of papers, finishes and bindings to help you achieve that bespoke finish on press, with experts on-hand to translate each client’s creative ideas into print. Read our resources on the different papers, finishes, binding types and creative effects available for your production.
5. One of the UK’s most eco-friendly printers
Park is recognised as one of the UK’s most eco-friendly printers, offering brands and publishers carbon-neutral printing, and a range of recycled materials including 100% compostable potato starch wrap for mailings.
Park is ISO 14001 certified and we work to the EU “gold standard” for eco-friendly businesses (EMAS), and also offer managed recycling services for printing waste.
As a certified climate neutral company, all the carbon generated by our facility is offset by ClimatePartner. ClimatePartner can also offset your paper usage with a carbon offsetting scheme of your choice.
