How to prevent burnout as a small business owner

Working in the creative industries is stressful. More and more pulls on our time, redundancies and resignations, greater workloads and often little appreciation.

This workshop is made to support you, with all proceeds going to UNICEF’s work with children in Ukraine.

About the workshop

Christina Beischl, certified psychological counsellor and burnout-prevention coach, will share actionable steps on how to manage stress, prevent burnout and build strong relationships as someone working in the creative industries.

Christina will help you identify where you are on the stress scale, explain the differences between good and bad stress and how to utilise it to your advantage. You’ll learn how to set clear boundaries, reduce stress, create healthy routines and strengthen communication in all areas of your life.
