Is advertising more hassle than it’s worth?

We’re long-time fans of the Media Voices podcast, which looks at and analyses the week’s media activities, followed by a frequently stellar interview with someone of note in the industry. This episode was a particular favourite as it included conversation with Fergus Gregory, Group Commercial Director at global marketing-media powerhouse The Drum, and looked at completely turning-around attitudes and approaches to advertising.

We’ve since also heard talk of ‘this era being the one where we used to rely on advertising’. We’re advocates for paid content so that sits well with us!
