About Doni’s talk – Thinking Differently for Publishing Success

‘Pivoting’ to add varied subscriptions, events, experiences and bundles is considered ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking for some, but at Culturs, its a way of being.

When everything about you is different, you’re bound to think differently. The culturally fluid population served by Culturs know that all too well, and we as an organisation, led by cultural in-betweeners, have used that trait to develop our superpower.

From the start, our leadership team has used its skill in education, events, government, travel, the gift industry and more to envision offerings that each year we start to hear mainstream organisations ‘pivot’ toward.

In this talk, Doni will review how to turn your challenges into superpowers and develop strategies unique to you that greatly benefit your audience.
