We can’t wait to welcome you to Platform in Glasgow
Platform is located under the historic arches of Glasgow Central Station, combining the station’s rich history with the beautiful elegance and historical charm of the venue. Opened in August 1879, Central Station was a pivotal development built by the Caledonian Railway, later expanded between 1899 and 1906, including the creation of the twelve iconic arches, initially part of the station’s infrastructure, which have been revitalised to form Platform.
Coming on foot
Platform is located at 253 Argyle St, Glasgow G2 8DL.
Coming by train
Platform is just a 3-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station (indeed, it’s actually underneath Glasgow Central Station, but don’t let that confuse you, take a look at the map), or an 11-minute walk from Glasgow Queen Street station.
Coming by car
We recommend parking at the NCP car park on Oswald Street, a 2-minute walk from Platform.
Coming by plane

Service 500 is a 24 hour service, departing every 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport stance 1 and returning from Buchanan Bus Station stance 46. Buchanan Bus Station is a 14 minute walk from Platfrom.
