What do you do for a living?

I’m a Client Relationship Manager for Warners Group Publications plc. I manage Warners 3rd party publisher accounts who use our circulation services, which can be Subscription and Membership management, Newstrade, Marketing, Digital

What does that mean day-to-day?

First and foremost, I’m here for our clients. Whether they’re calling to discuss subscription management, rethinking their renewal strategy, or store copy allocations, I’m ready to help. I also attend magazine planning meetings, review monthly stats, and provide ideas and suggestions. Additionally, I assist with social media growth and digital placement. I work closely with our Subscription department ensuring they’re in the know and have the most up-to-date information to service our publisher’s customers.

What do you love about magazines?

Diversity. One moment you’re discussing model railways, and the next, outdoor swimming. Regardless of the topic, everyone shares the same goal: to be profitable. We work together to achieve this.

Tell us one thing not many people know about you?

I love to run, though I don’t do it as often as I used to. I fit it in whenever I can. There’s nothing better than putting in your headphones and disappearing for an hour or so with your thoughts. It’s usually during these runs that I come up with my best ideas….I should go more often!
